Welcome
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Kids Pray Too website, the Prayer Adventure app, the Prayer Wall, the badges, and the merch store (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use the Site, you agree to these Terms on that child's behalf and you are responsible for supervising their use.
Who Can Use the Site
The Site is designed for families. Children may use the Prayer Adventure and read the Prayer Wall with a parent or guardian. Any account, submission, purchase, club registration, or photo upload must be made or approved by an adult who is at least 18 years old. How we handle information from children under 13 is described in our Children's Privacy Notice.
Prayer Wall and Other Submissions
Prayers, stories, nominations, and photos you send us are reviewed by a person before anything appears publicly. Please do not include last names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, or any other detail that could identify a child. We may edit, shorten, decline, or remove any submission at any time, and we may keep a copy for moderation and safety records. By submitting content you give Kids Pray Too permission to display it on the Site and in Kids Pray Too materials, without payment, for as long as we choose. Photos are covered by the separate Photo and Video Release.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the Site to harass, threaten, or mislead anyone; to post content that is hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise unsuitable for children; to collect information about other users; to interfere with the Site's operation; or to break any law. We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
The Merch Store
Prices in the store are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Checkout is handled by Stripe, and your checkout page and card statement will show Tactical Marketing Pro LLC, which processes payments for the Kids Pray Too store. We ship within the United States. Sales, taxes, and shipping are as shown at checkout. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Points, Streaks, and Badges
Points, streaks, and badges are stored in your browser to make the Prayer Adventure fun. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may reset if you clear your browser data or if we change how the app works.
Our Content
The Kids Pray Too name, logo, mascot, quest text, artwork, and designs belong to Kids Pray Too. You may print or share quest steps and coloring pages for personal, family, church, or classroom use. You may not sell them or present them as your own. Scripture quotations are used to point families to the Bible and remain the property of their respective publishers.
No Professional Advice
The Site offers prayer prompts and encouragement. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or counseling services. If a child is in danger or in crisis, contact local emergency services or a trusted adult right away.
Disclaimers and Limits
The Site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it safe and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kids Pray Too is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the laws of your state that cannot be waived.
Changes and Contact
